In case the customer requests the refund of the item(s) returned, the refund will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s).
The refund procedure may take 10 days or more depending on the bank the customer is with for the refund to be received back by the customer. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed.
The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement. This may change depending on banks and credit providers.
